I've got an early 2009 Mac Pro (Intel) with 12Gb of RAM installed (6 x 2Gb). I seem to remember at the time the Mac Pros were released there was a lot.And if so, is it going to be pointless for me to chuck some more memory into the 2 free slots I have in my machine?
